Wrightway Dee, born Dequavion Wright is an independent artist from Talladega Al. Growing up, Wright was raised by a single mother due to losing his father at the age of four due to a car accident. Wright was a standout running back for Talladega County Central High School]and went on to play for Alabama A&M University before a knee injury ended his football career. After his football ambitions ended, Wright turned to the streets to help him survive. In the midst of his struggles, He decided to pursue music as a full-time profession instead of a hobby as he did in previous years. In June of 2018, after trial and tribulation, He finally released his first full-length project, Menace to Myself[ In the same year, Wrightway joined J.E.D.I music group after catching the attention of Kip Blackston at a gas station. Wrightway has managed to grasp the attention of his listeners with singles like "Traffic", "Lately" “Vision” "Water Set" Feat. Kid Bless, "Save Me" Understand" & Text Message Featuring Alabama's very Own Spacejam Bo. Through the stories, he tells and his ability to constantly switch his sound & flow has landed Wrightway on the stage with popular names such as DaBaby, Ugly Money Niche & L&hh Snoop.
